Who We Are
Meet Nagy
NAGY was born, in 2020, from the desire to do things differently. It was created with the intention of bringing all the expertise of the partners and their network of consultants in the creation of customized and humanized solutions for organizations; both in Talent Acquisition and Management, as well as supporting Business Management.
In August 2021, NAGY took another important step, expanding its front of action also in the development of individuals. Thus, we also become a solution for people who want to stand out in their careers.
Since we work both in supporting companies and businesses and in supporting individual development, we believe that we are a complete and integrated solution aimed at connection and development.
In fact, the word connection is constantly present in our daily lives and in our DNA:
- We connect intensely with our clients to co-create totally customized projects and solutions.
- We connect talents to companies, helping the growth of both.
- We connect people to their own skills or needs, supporting their development.
It is in this manner that we become the link for the development of people and companies, in order to generate impact and transformation.
It’s us, by your side, in partnership with a wide network of people, suppliers and ideas, ready to collaborate with each other. Uncomplicated and with a lot of presence.
Our Team
NAGY works in a network in an open innovation format. We rely on our team and a network of qualified consultants to provide customized and humanized solutions to our clients, through new ideas and perspectives.
Meet our team:
I am the founder of NAGY, a project that was born from my passion for multiple areas of knowledge. I have a degree in International Relations from PUC-SP, Philosophy from USP and an MBA in Business Management from FGV. This combination of studies reflects my interest in exploring interconnected themes that generate deep reflections. In managing the business and projects at NAGY, I apply Philosophy as a powerful tool, believing that provocation is the basis for the success of any undertaking.
For more than 13 years, I worked in well-known consultancies such as PageGroup, Korn Ferry and ManpowerGroup, acquiring valuable expertise in several areas. I led projects from startups to business unit and regional turnarounds, developed varied commercial strategies and consultative sales, built multidisciplinary teams, provided training, and created development plans.
I also had the opportunity to manage aspects of the business, from setting goals and managing clients and complex projects, to preparing plans, conducting prospecting, conducting war rooms and recruiting and selecting professionals from different profiles, levels and sectors. In addition, I played a key role in implementing and managing talent acquisition strategies.
I have always been passionate about the consulting world, especially in relation to talent and sales. And it was precisely by uniting my experience with this passion that NAGY emerged naturally, as a desire to make a difference, co-create and join forces, leaving a legacy of lasting impact.
Since August 2021, I have been a partner at NAGY and I work with Executive Coaching and HR Projects My great passion is to support the journey of professionals in search of self-knowledge, focused on individual well-being, but also connected to the reality of the corporate world.
I have a law degree from PUC-SP and a good part of my career has been in that area. I did two specializations, at FGV and at USP, in tax law. After years of working in that field, I went through a complex career transition process and migrated to Michael Page, becoming enchanted with the Headhunter universe.
Working in the HR department of a law firm was the next step after completing the MBA in Strategic and Economic Management in HR. I was HR manager of two large law firms and had the opportunity to get myself deeper into the field of People Management.
When I migrated to HR, I knew that coaching would be on my path and the pandemic anticipated this plan, making me rethink my way of working. I sought training at ICI (Integrated Coaching Institute) and the integrated EcoSocial network lasting 18 months. I am certified as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
I’ve been working with Nagy since 2021, connecting people and businesses, working with different companies in search of the right people for the challenges of each organization’s positions and culture, while offering these people opportunities that make sense for their professional and personal lives.
I have a degree in hotel administration and an MBA in Marketing from ESPM. Since 2000, when I started my career, I discovered my passion for building relationships, connecting people and helping them in their integral development, without losing focus on business strategies and challenges.
I worked in global companies in different segments, such as hospitality, HR, technology and in different business areas. With most of my career being developed in the commercial area of human resources and technology consulting, I have a broad and holistic view of different clients, segments, and organizational cultures.
In addition to my academic background, I am a mindfulness instructor and have different certifications in HR solutions, such as assessments, selection methodology and development platforms.
I graduated in Advertising and MKT from ESPM-SP and MBC (Master in Business Communication) from FGV-SP. I did two specializations in MKT Digital at DH and I’m adept at continuous learning, so I’m always updating my skills with courses in the area.
Despite the focus on Digital MKT, Communication and Branding, the experience acquired over 15 years in the MKT areas of companies such as J&J, Voith Siemens, GPA and Walmart.com gave me a holistic view of Marketing, which currently helps me to deal with various issues in the area.
In 2019 I made my first career transition, migrating to my own business, the clothing brand La Spiaggia. Entrepreneurship was a true awakening, revealing to me the difficulties faced by businesses without a solid backstage structure.
Today I work in Marketing as a Service for NAGY and some other companies, and also as a Digital Marketing Consultant focusing on Communication, Branding and Content and with Digital Marketing Project Management.
Throughout my career, I developed a characteristic that became remarkable: my ability to connect projects and people. This ability has been fundamental to work with project management, connecting professionals with different backgrounds and experiences in an ecosystem rich in exchanges.
