NAGY was founded in 2020 by Maurício Nagy, who, after years of experience in large consulting firms, recognized the need for a more personal and tailored approach to meet each organization’s specific demands.
He envisioned a boutique-format HR consultancy that combined strategic expertise with customization and human-centered delivery. In 2021, Kalyani joined as a partner, expanding our offerings and enabling even more comprehensive HR solutions.
With complementary and diverse backgrounds, our partners bring the ability to operate with breadth and depth, combining an integrated vision with expertise across sectors that demand a specialized approach.
Maurício has led major organizational transformation and talent acquisition projects in global firms, while Kalyani, with experience in law firms and HR management, offers a unique lens on leadership development, especially in legal and corporate settings, alongside her experience as an Executive Coach.

Kalyani holds a Law degree from PUC-SP, with a specialization in Tax Law from GV Law and USP, and an MBA in Strategic and Economic HR Management from FGV. She is a Certified Executive Coach by ICI and the Escola de Coaches, with a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the ICF.
After years as a lawyer in top law firms, she moved into executive search at Michael Page and Robert Half, later taking on HR leadership roles in the legal sector.
Her background brings a strategic view to the intersection of human development and corporate life. Since 2021, she has focused on NAGY, creating tailored solutions that strengthen leadership and foster organizational evolution through Executive Coaching. Her approach helps turn challenges into opportunities, contributing to each organization’s long-term legacy.
Mauricio holds a degree in International Relations from PUC-SP, studied Philosophy at USP, and earned an MBA in Business Management from FGV. He has over 15 years of experience in renowned consulting firms such as PageGroup, Korn Ferry, and ManpowerGroup. Throughout his career, he has led challenging projects, from startups to turnarounds, always with a focus on delivering tangible results. His executive background includes building commercial strategies, consultative sales, managing multidisciplinary teams, and overseeing major accounts.
Since founding NAGY in 2020, he has dedicated himself to delivering personalized HR solutions focused on organizational growth. His approach combines closeness and care with pragmatism, aiming to align each client’s unique needs with innovative, effective solutions that drive lasting results.
