Executive Coaching
NAGY's ID program is a thought-provoking executive coaching process focused on helping clients discover their goals, values, and motivations, in order to maximize their personal and professional potential for promoting change.
Through a profound process of investigation, reflection and awareness, the client expands one’s perceptions, opens new horizons, and initiates a movement of transformation through self-knowledge.
Coaching is an individualized and customized process for each client. The coach does not have a directive role, but through specific tools and active listening, he will help the client to increase awareness of their specific issues.
Methodology used: Based on the principles of Anthroposophy and Theory U.
Our Coach is certified as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Mentoring
NAGY's mentoring program consists of a partnership based on the exchange of knowledge and experiences between mentor and mentee. Unlike the coaching process, the mentor provides advice and guidance to help the mentee improve performance and reach their potential. Mentoring can be a catalyst for your professional and personal growth, providing support and direction, supporting the definition of goals and objectives, and providing emotional and motivational support to achieve your goals.
Individual Reviews | Assessment Hogan
It is a set of assessment tools designed to map the professional's identity and reputation and is widely used to assist in talent development and career direction.
NAGY works with the Hogan tool, which provides three major readings and assessments: day-to-day personality analysis, behavioral trends and risks in challenging scenarios, and key motivators, values, and preferences.
By combining the three assessments, it is possible to draw a complete mapping of the professional's profile.
NAGY has certified professionals with specific training both for the use of Hogan tools and for properly interpreting and applying the assessments, ensuring the reliability and validity of the results.
